About shri laxmi janardhana temple

Shr laxmi janardhana temple  is an ancient temple dedicated to god vishnu located in Shibaroor, Karnataka. The temple is situated in a place where two rivers namely nandini and nalini which meet together and flow as a single river. The river which originates in kankachala mountain and flows till shambhavi river of Mulki and integrates into Arabian sea.  The village shibaroor lies 25 km from  Mangalore  city center and is one of the holy places of India.  Apart from the deity Lord vishnu , one can also visit several smaller shrines inside the Temple Complex like kodamanittaya daiva, Lord Naga etc. It also provides free Annadanam to all devotees twice in a month (i.e on Dwadashi of every month) after conducting Bhajan seve (i.e worshipping the god through song) by all the devotees of   Shibaroor. Temple will be open in the morning from 7:00am to 9:00am and in the evening from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
